The only problem with this tool is that it does not have subtraction and addition of numbers, and the application of this tool does not have the setting of the scale and size of the numbers

overall I really like this thing, it's slick, it's handsome as all get out! I've been using it a bunch for my new house, mapping out the floorplan first in 2d then I actually modelled the house in Fusion. It's been really great for this, my only little complaint is I do wish it had some way on the device to toggle between metric and imperial. I know that's highly specific but the reality is I think in a mix of both units these days and having to go all the way into the App just to switch the units is a very frutrating level of friction.
