Shipping policy
1. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on orders over USD 49 (after discounts, excluding tax).
- An additional shipping fee applies to orders under USD 49 and certain international orders.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is verified.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
- We operate globally with warehouses located in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted/protected areas.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
- You can track your shipment via the tracking link provided in the email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

If tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with household members
- Check with neighbors or the building reception
- Verify all possible delivery locations around your address
For delivered orders reported as missing, customers may be required to complete a Declaration of Non-Receipt to assist with further investigation.
