Order 08/22, Today 09/13 and not received

Order shipped 08/22 and today 09/13 and still have not received order, sent follow-up email last week and no response. Why send for a review, maybe check before sending to see if item received and correct problem before I have to!

Great charger for multiple devices

I charge my laptop, phone, and watch at the same time, just as needed! It's about the same size as my original apple charger, so now I don't need a multi-plug on vacation either.
The one constructive criticism would be not having the "charging" indicator refresh every time a device is plugged in. My laptop would stop charging briefly and then start charging again a second later instead of seamlessly charging.
