Laser Level 3×360

HOTO Laser Level 3 x 360 Self Leveling, Three-Plane Leveling & Alignment, 12 Green Cross Lines, Manual & Pulse Mode, IP54 Waterproof. This is a very nice quality level with precise adjustments when used with the base which I also thought was amazing quality all except for the most crucial point being the threads in the base they are plastic and glued in so my first setup it spun free of the insert and would not tighten. This is my only complaint about this product everything else works perfect. I simply glued the insert back in but would like to see brass , steel or aluminum threads.

I had another level similar to this that went into the trash the moment this one arrived. The differences the old beeped annoyingly when un level, this blinks silently. The old had no remote, this does. The old had to remove the batteries and use a separate charger to charge batteries, this is internal and has a great battery life indicator. The old came with no base at all, this comes with a really nice tripod that operates smoothly and doubles as an adapter with a larger threaded hole in the bottom for my large adjustable tripod. Both came with carrying cases ( this one is better) . I always try things like this right out of the box to see about the ease of use before checking manuals. Can the average person pick this up and just use it. It passes the average Joe test. It's really easy to use. Obviously I did check it with my best Johnson level and it worked flawlessly. I'm really pleased with this thing it's pretty cool and a nice addition to my tool assortment.

This HOTO green laser level kit comes with the laser level, a useful aluminum alloy tripod, target card, USB-C cable, remote control and user manual that packaged in a soft-sided case with sturdy dividers and is easy to set up and use straight out of the box.
This laser level projects three bright 360-degree planes of light (3x360), two vertical and one horizontal with a labeled accuracy of 1.5mm up to 5m (0.06 inches up to 16.4 feet) and 3.0mm up to 10m (0.12 inches up to 32.8 feet). There are two operating modes: self-leveling and manual. The manual mode is obtained by sliding the power button to the first position and the self-leveling mode is obtained by sliding the power button the full right position. The self-leveling mode allows the laser level to level itself over a range of +- 3 degrees of tilt. Outside of this parameter, the laser will continuously flash until it is leveled within the tolerance range. The manual mode allow the laser to be locked to be used on any desired inclined, such a needed in installing steps or stair railings. The IP54 rating means it can withstand most types of water and dust damage you may find in the interior work environment.

There was a problem with the delivery of my order. I reached out to customer support by an email, which they replied to. However, the solution they provided, didn’t really resolved the issue with the delivery. I replied back to keep working with them in reaching favorable solution but now they are not replying to me anymore.

By now I should already have my laser level but the reality is that I don’t, I was charged and no one is helping me with neither a refund nor getting me the item that I already payed for.

It is disappointing, I expected more from you HOTO.
