I am absolutely impressed by the quality of the products but especially by their design. The product I bought seems very solid and durable although it is something in miniature that often appears to be fragile to others. HOTO is a titan, a Titanic. You simply fall in love with it after entering their website.

I really like the “HOTO AutoCare Air Duster & Vacuum” base unit but I have huge issues with the attachments.

I wanted to use this device also at home for various surfaces. But unfortunately, all end caps have really sharp plastic edges with zero protection around them (like rubber strips, soft fabric, or similar).

Without surface protection, softer materials (like wood) scratch quite easily.

Also, to activate the vacuum, you have to press and hold (same to turn off), which is quite annoying since when vacuuming, I constantly turn the vacuum on and off, moving to different areas (especially a battery-powered one). This unit, you basically leave on all the time; otherwise, it gets annoying fast to always wait 2-3 seconds for a reaction.

Hope this will be addressed in a future iteration.

I've been looking for a compact vacuum/ blower for use with servicing my radio equipment and other electronic projects. I've been a fan of Hoto for a while and as a minimalist I like tools that will stow away neatly. I found the suction on this tool amazing and even used it to vacuum down my summer clothes away. The autocare work great clearing the dust out of a TV recently where before I would use aerosol spray which becomes expensive and not eco-friendly. In the short time I've been using this I'm very pleased and know that cleaning is quick and easy.

It is very easy to use, the blowing force is very strong, and vacuuming is also an advantage

The suction is great, especially for something so compact. Battery life is solid and the attachments make it easy to get into little corners. It’s not meant for heavy-duty cleaning, but it’s awesome for small jobs and quick touch-ups.
