FAQ
1. Unbox and Inspect: Unbox to find the main unit of the HOTO Electric Spin Scrubber and the extensible rod. Check for any damages and ensure all parts are included.
2. Attach: Align the extensible rod with the unlock marking on the brush’s main unit and insert it.
3. Insert: Firmly push the extensible rod into the bottom of the cleaning brush main unit, using the red line as a reference to check if it is fully inserted.
4. Rotate: Rotate the extensible rod clockwise from the unlock marking on the main unit until it can no longer be turned to the Lock position, indicating that the installation is complete.
5. Power On and Test: Check if the extensible rod and the cleaning brush main unit are properly installed. Turn on the scrubber to ensure it’s functioning. Test it briefly on a surface to make sure everything is working correctly.
Type-c charging takes 3 hours to fully charge, can be used for 90 minutes in high speed running mode.
From the date of purchase, the the HOTO spin scrubber has a 1-year warranty.
We recommend using a charger that's 10 watts (5V2A) or above.
Avoid charging multiple devices simultaneously on a shared multi-heads cable as those could divide the output power and slow down the charging.

Please make sure to fully charge the product and try again. The product may shut down itself when battery level is low to prevent over-discharging.
The bristle brush is not intended for use on its own. It should be used in conjunction with a sponge, scouring pad, or short-bristle brush to meet various cleaning needs. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please contact us.
The product meets IPX7 waterproof standards; however, the waterproof functionality is not permanent and may degrade over time due to wear and tear. Please avoid charging the unit while it is wet. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please contact us.
The bristles are made of nylon, which can deform under prolonged pressure. After use, please avoid exposing the nylon brush to direct sunlight for extended periods.
