Order Confirmation
When you place an order through hototools.com, you will receive your confirmation number and order summary in 24 hours. It takes 1-3 days to dispatch the package after your order is being processed. This does not apply to pre-order items.
Change The Shipping Address
Before your order is prepared for shipping, you can change the shipping address, change information, or cancel the order. Please get in touch with our online service support or email us at service@hototools.com within 12 hours.
If the order has not been shipped/assigned a tracking number, you can update shipping address via email. If your order has been shipped, please contact our manual service for more help. Please attention: Shipping Address must be changed/ edited via the HOTO website/App. If you edit via the payment method platform, it doesn't work.

Please note that HOTO does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information during the payment process. For any questions regarding your transactions, we recommend contacting your card-issuing bank directly.
"Coupon Code" And "Bonus Points"
You can apply coupons and HOTO Points at checkout. After entering your coupon code and points, be sure to click “Apply”—the discount will then be reflected in your order total.
Important: If you do not click “Apply” before proceeding, the discount will not be applied to your order.
NOTES:
Please ensure you enter the coupon code exactly as provided—without any spaces before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend copying and pasting the code directly.
Coupons cannot be combined—only one code can be used per order.
Coupons are subject to specific offer terms and may exclude certain items on our website that are not eligible for discounts.
